There’s nothing revolutionary about how über connected the world is these days. Everything, and everyone is only as far away as the click of a button, be it on a computer, a mobile phone or a TV remote control. What amazes me is how fragile it all is. 40 minutes of heavy rain this morning and all I’m getting is TV static, lagging internet and “Emergency calls only” on my phone. And I can’t help loving how small it makes me feel. Now: a book and some coffee.
